MEMS Microphone Read-Out IC
The MR300 is a high performance, ultralow noise, low power, digital output MEMS microphone read-out IC.
The MR300 consists of a band-gap reference, charge pump for MEMS biasing and low noise impedance converter amplifier followed by a 5th order Delta-Sigma modulator.
The digital interface allows for the pulse density modulated (PDM) output of two microphones to be time-multiplexed on a single data line using a single clock.

Motor Driver IC
The RM100 is a designed to give flexible haptic control of WLRA actuators. RM100 have integrated 8V boost converter, integrated digital to analog converter, integrated fully-differential amplifier, and integrated digital front end. The input signal can be driven as haptic packets over the I2C port.
The boost voltage is set using only two external elements, an inductor and a capacitor. A typical start-up time of 2ms makes the RM100 a high definition haptic driver for WRLA. Integrated thermal overload protection prevents the device from being damaged when overdriven
